As Jamie and I continue working together, we’ve refined our process to be incredibly efficient—combining his 30+ years of general contracting experience (GC LIC #63008) with a progressive approach to building. This allows us to offer top-quality sheds at prices that are tough to beat.
Unlike companies that send out installation crews, we are the builders. As a licensed North Carolina general contractor, we take pride in delivering a durable, well-crafted shed built on-site with expert craftsmanship.
Our pricing reflects standard gable and lean-to designs, with barn-style and modern pool house sheds available by custom quote. If you're looking for a storage or garden shed, we guarantee unbeatable pricing and will match any published price for a similar build and service level.
Permitting: Any shed larger than 12x12 in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties requires a building permit.
We can take care of the entire process for $850, including all drawings, documents, and communication with the county.
Prefer to handle it yourself?
If you prefer to handle the permitting yourself, you’ll be responsible for submitting all required documents and communicating with the county. While we won’t file anything on your behalf, we’re available to answer questions and provide guidance as needed.

At this stage of life we’ve chosen to focus on sheds and the occasional pool house because we love the craftsmanship and hands-on nature of the trade.

Our work bench runs the full width of the shed. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.
Extra Set Of Double Doors - $300
Sometimes customers may want two sets of double doors for easier access into the shed.
Extra Single Door - $200
Storage Loft - $150 / or Heavy duty $20 Linear Ft
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas
Wood Ramp - $125
Composite ramp - $225
If you have a ride on mower or snow blower then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.
Old Shed Demo And Dump Service - $6 Sq Ft
We offer shed demo and removal service in our local area.
We charge $6.00 per sq. ft. Example: 10x10 Old Shed = 100 sq. ft. so the price would be $600 to demo and dump.
Custom Painting - $3.50 Per Sq Ft ($350 Minimum)
We offer custom painting of your sheds. If you would like different color than the standard tan. We only use premium paint.

8ft Side Walls:

30 in Hurricane Anchors - (included for free in most builds)
These 30 in anchors are driven into the ground and then fastened to the floor joists.
